That was in Baltimore before the riots. Someone let the schools out early and then decided not to allow the busses and subway from stopping at the transportation hub where they usually got their rides home. This put thousands of high school age kids on the street. Interesting that no one ever found out who gave the order for the busses not to stop.

I do not feel the least sorry for the mayor of Minneapolis. He thought he was going to be the next Barack Obama, moving to a city ready for an up and comer ... law firm, community organizer, city council and mayor. Now disgraced as he should be. If he and the governor had handled the riots in Minneapolis better, they may not have spread to the entire country. He should resign.

I am not even sure that this is a video of a real event. It looks like a parody.
