Some parts, yes. I believe that Mayor Bowser has designated 16th street in front of the White House “Black Lives Matter Plaza” and has already installed street signs to that effect. (Who knew DC Municipal Government could be so fast). In addition, she’s had “Black Lives Matter” painted in large yellow letters on the street.
