Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe accused former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein of giving “false” testimony Wednesday about James Comey’s memos documenting his interactions with President Trump.
During his appearance before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Rosenstein suggested that McCabe should have shared details about former FBI Director Comey’s memos on his conversations with the president earlier, claiming that he didn’t tell him about their existence until right before they were leaked.
Asked whether McCabe lied to him, Rosenstein testified: "Lying is when you ask someone a direct question and get a false answer. Candor is when you’re forthcoming with information someone needs to know. I believe McCabe should have recognized that when I became acting AG [overseeing the Russia probe], I needed to know about Comey’s memos and he didn’t tell me until a couple of hours before they showed up in the New York Times."

Unless the cops admit guilt, it will be a jury that decides. Do you think Barr/DOJ can seat a jury that will convict? I do not believe there are enough honest people in DC that will ever find these dirty cops guilty..
Look at the state of the judiciary. Some of them were complicit in the corruption. Roberts ought to be shipped to Malta along with Pete Buttjug.

Sadly true. Several generations of cultural and academic leftist indoctrination and ethical corruption have turned far too many Americans into a selfish, ignorant rabble.
Maybe it is time to send 29 FBI swatteam members to both Rosenstien’s and McCabe’s homes at 4AM armed to the teeth and in full tactical dress with assault rifles at the ready just like they did to Roger Stone. Oh, and please let FoxNews in on the raids so their cameras can be there.

Our system is broken. There are too many criminals for honest, open government to exist. “A Republic, if you can keep it.” Well apparently we can’t.

Agree. Who wants to drag themselves and their families through the political cesspool and endure constant media attacks. And then there’s the problem of intrusive Deep State surveillance that is used by vile political opponents.
Yep, its not worth it. Honorable people have no reasons to sacrifice or serve in a toxic government. Our experiment in democracy was nice while it lasted.
McCabe just accused Rosenstein of lying under oath.
The Senate has no choice now, but to call McCabe to testify before the committee, and he has little choice but to come, so he can testify under oath in this important matter of whether Rosenstein lied to the committee.
For the first time, I now believe that everyone is going SKATE on this!!! I am HORRIFIED and DISGUSTED with my country.
