If the others are convicted, he should be as well. Perhaps even more so as he could better see what the cop was doing and better see and hear the distress Mr. Floyd was going through.

And probably would be like being a look-out or a get-away driver where the person was murdered - they all get charged with murder.

Plus, all the records in that precinct burned. I would like to know exactly who set that fire.

In today's era of digital records and multiple backups to the cloud, it is unlikely much in the way of records were lost.

I would like to see what the average number of complaints are in that very rough neighborhood.

Officer Chavin's number may well be low compared to the average.

I am not saying he should be acquited....I am saying his job at that time is to be facing the bystanders and therefore I. Theory he would not be looking at the actions behind him and therefore would have a better defense at trial.
