New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo on Wednesday took fresh shots at President Trump, saying the native New Yorker has “failed to do anything positive” for the state while in office -- the latest escalation in the war of words between the two men.
“His policies have been vicious to New York,” Cuomo said at a press conference. “He changed the tax code in a way that increased the taxes in New York and other Democratic states. He has failed to do anything positive for New York.”
Cuomo was responding to criticism by Trump of the way Cuomo has handled both the coronavirus crisis and the recent protests and riots in New York in response to the death of George Floyd.

He’s counting correctly. Those few NY voters who are smart enough can’t change anything in NY State.
We all work with an Andrew Cuomo. The guy with the ego and the big mouth, but doesn’t know sh*t! The one who makes bad decisions, and when things go bad he’s begging for help, but later badmouths and blames those trying to help him clean up his mess!
If Andrew really cared about New York taxpayers he could have pushed for a deduction of Federal taxes paid from individual’s state tax burden.

Before the Chinese virus, record highs on Wall Street, trillions of dollars in wealth created, booming economy, booming tourism, etc.
After the Chinese virus outbreak, the president’s actions in New York with mobile hospitals, the Javitts Center converted to a makeshift treatment facility, protective gear for hospital workers, ventilators, etc. Flight bans, too. Hospital ship in NY harbor.
The president saved the lives of tens of thousands, possible hundreds of thousands New Yorkers.
Cuomo the ingrate.
Says the LIAR who received multiple millions of dollars of hospital ships, newly constructed COVID hospitals, ventilators, masks, COVID test kits, etc. Cuomo and his buddy DumblASSio are nothing but a couple of skid marks on the underwear of NY.
Says the guy directly responsible for the deaths of thousands.
No Governor CuoMoron, President Trump corrected the tax code which previously had people in other states subsidizing the towns and schools of New York residents. Let New Yorkers pay for their own towns. Start with Rent Control.
Nursing Home Killer (NHK) Cuomo is lucky President Trump didn't implement clawback where all those individuals in other states who didn't get income tax write-offs for New York towns could deduct from future taxes until all their previous taxes were reimbursed.
He’s upset because their high taxes cannot be dumped upon the rest of us- Good! You wanna be the candy man, hand out freebies to build your plantation, you and your citizens pay for it!
Worst part: Sticking it to the other 49 did absolutely nothing to solve the property tax problem.
Exactly. I took a hit but I’m more than fine with limiting the deductions as we were funding the dem state welfare games.

He knows the tide is turning against him. he blessed the reopening of outdoor dining beginning tomorrow, something he's been hoping to delay another month.
Well I didn’t see him killin’ the old folks at the nursing home.
How many ventilators? How many hospital beds? How many medical personnel?
How many folks did kill?
Maybe if NY hadn’t passed laws targetting Trump specifically he’d say nice things about it. But Trump doesn’t own New York any different or better treatment than the other 49 states, Cuomo you entitled jerk.
