We are, I believe, in one of the toughest times in our country's history, as we continue to battle a deadly pandemic and the resulting economic havoc while, once again, coming face-to-face with the long-term effects of racial injustice. Watching tens of thousands take to the streets to speak out against fear and inhumanity is, on one hand, inspiring for the commitment it represents and, on the other, heartbreaking for its profound need.
But what's next? What do we do to change the cycle in which black men or women, with tragic frequency, are harmed by those who are supposed to protect them? Or the gut-wrenching truth that to be a person of color in America is often to not feel fully safe, seen or heard?
For me, it starts with seeing the situation for what it is, acknowledging these experiences for what they are and, quite simply, apologizing for not doing enough. As important, it includes committing the company I lead down a path of systemic, permanent change in as many ways as we can find.

Translation: please don’t loot us!
Ignore all the civilized people who actually buy your products and suck up to the ghetto trash who steals your products.
Sounds like a good business plan.
I honestly did not know the company still existed.
Do better at what? Showing preference to one race over the other?
May these companies go the way of JC Penney’s as they pander to a militant minority...
I worked briefly at BB in the Geek Squad and I can tell you they are all in for the SJW BS.
We will do better
Yes, they will be providing huge industrial fork lifts at every store with POC instructors to teach safe operation.
And blacks are the one's rioting?
Special rights are NOT equal rights.
The situation with Blacks in general will only improve, if and when many of the Blacks themselves change. Nothing else will do any good whatsoever. Nobody can fix it for them.
1. Stop the high percentage of unwed mothers.
2. Those living on welfare just stop it and get a job.
3. Stop having lots of children that you are not raising and just letting them run wild, and not raising with a father present. Value 2 parent families, modesty, wholesomeness.
4. Start valuing a true work ethic.
5. Start valuing an education.
6. Reject “street smart” and “gansterism”.
7. Invite God back into your lives. The Bible shows how to live your life, read it and do it.
8. Reject Demonrats, they were your original slave masters, they were the Jim Crow people, and they are the poverty pimps of today.
9. Stop with the drug and alcohol abuse.
If many of the Blacks guilty of not doing the above, changed their lives, they would not have the problems they face today.
Well,I have seen some lilly faces in the mix.
A chicken in every pot, and a telescoping forklift for every looter.
They wouldn’t hire me because I was more qualified than the Geek Squad manageress...
Actually, it probably is a good business plan. The Democrats will take charge of America on 20 January 2021 if not sooner. In any case, this year has illustrated just how government terminates the economy. If any enterprise wishes to survive, it must prove its necessity to a variety of bureaucrats and political potentates, who if they so desire may exclude it from general prohibitions on private business and in their exalted graciousness allow its continued existence. Any Republican who still holds office for some strange reason probably supports free enterprise generally and offers little resistance to the proposal of a businessman to conduct business. A Democrat, however, demands that businessmen provide bribes, usually long in advance, and a long record of preemptive strict ideological conformity to curry sufficient favor to allow even minimal operations. After the coronavirus lockdowns, expect even more corporate enforced ideological conformity to the Democrat agenda of cultural Marxism. It’s a survival tactic.

Tragic frequency? Conspicuously lacking in hard facts to substantiate what he's saying. Show us the data if you're going to make sweeping statements like this. Oh wait...facts don't matter anymore. All that matters is how one feels about something.
This rambling letting is just groveling.
Kaboom! Nailed it.
