Doesn’t surprise me at all. When I started half of the other techs seemed threatened my presence, very weird. I didn’t care because for me it was only a part time job for play money. Most were very reluctant to share info. You run into that sometimes in the tech world. A lot of people in it guard what they know because they fear you will use knowledge to replace them.
