There is a continuous unedited video from 6 feet away showing a full 9 minutes of the victim lying on the ground in handcuffs, going from "I can't breathe" to passing out, to cardiac arrest (one of the other policeman told Mr. Kneecap the guy didn't have a pulse) and Mr. Kneecap instead of checking for a pulse himself or performing CPR (as a 19-year veteran and first responder) keeps his knee on the neck of a handcuffed man with no pulse, for two full minutes by the clock.
All on video and in front of multiple non-involved witnesses.
