That does not change that the policeman killed him.
Of course it doesn’t. That’s not the point of getting the facts out there.
In the Ferguson debacle, we were fed all the crappola about the “Gentle Giant” and how his upcoming foray into higher education had been tragically cut short by a murdering cop.
The Mr. Floyd died, tragically, and at the hands of a dirty cop. That doesn’t mean when building the epilogue of this story we should omit all of the pertinent facts.
he died at the hands of a police officer... what is your proof he was a dirty cop.
mr floyd was killed by a cop’s arrogance and need to exert dominance ... mr floyd’s past has nothing to do with his murder or manslaughter.
His prior criminal history isn’t pertinent to what happened. It looks like an after the fact attempt to smear the guy and mitigate the wrongdoing on the part of the cop. His criminal activity from more than a decade ago simply isn’t relevant to anything that makes this newsworthy.
And the policeman kept his knee on the neck without a break.
Even for 2 full minutes after ANOTHER COP tells him the guy doesn't have a pulse.
He doesn't bother to check for himself.
He doesn't start CPR (as a 19-year veteran and 1st responder).
Nobody likes dirty cops except dirty cops.
And I guess the policeman's union?
Because the only thing that matters, in this world or the next, is that sweet, sweet pension.
