A Baltimore police officer has been suspended after a video showed him punching a woman and knocking her out after she confronted another officer.
The police department said on Saturday that Commissioner Michael Harrison has also ordered an investigation of the incident.
The video, posted on social media, shows a black woman confronting a white police sergeant in a downtown intersection on Friday night. When the sergeant grabs the woman's arm, she strikes the sergeant twice on his head.
It was then that another officer, who is black, coldcocks the woman from behind and appears to knock her out cold.

Not really. In Seattle they stood by as well as in other cities. BTW - how about a bit of decorum? It’’s not necessary to hurl insulting swear words at women.
Try not making blanket statements about all cops in all cities, sweetie.

Obviously, that’s not true. All cops are not going to hold back and do nothing. But you want to argue now that you didn’t say what you did. If you had said that Seattle cops will hold back and do nothing, I would’ve agreed.

I just read an update: The officer will not be charged.

Would have been more entertaining if he would’ve tased her lard azz.... flopping around on the pavement, losing control of her bladder, etc...

To answer your question: In a "normal" situation, no probably not unless I was unable to restrain her and the situation was out of hand.
In the riot like that cop did......"I don't fault him," is all I'll say.
When it comes to rioting - If you're going to get in the mix, watch out for the blender.
