It was intended to. 'Oh look at the tough guy who talks so loud while he's hiding under a desk in his bunker'. Absolutely 100% the intended way to read that final line.

I don’t know. I’ve read where over 50 Secret Service Agents were wounded this weekend. In trying to defend the White House and the President.
Seems like they’re doing a piss poor job. And with the White House on Lights Out and Lockdown; maybe the President better hide.
Or get some security with balls.

The reason he was taken to the bunker was talked about in the below article, but, to the point, anarchists/occupy/blm/the front/whoever, were found to have planted ‘incendiary’ vehicles and I guess one was found by the WH :
