Sheriff Villanueva Orders County-Wide Curfew for Los Angeles County
In the midst of national chaos, the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors proclaimed the existence of a local emergency: Civil unrest. The effects of public calamity caused disaster and extreme peril to the safety of people and property. Because of the dangers which often occur under cover of darkness and the difficulty to preserve public safety during these hours, a curfew was ordered, as allowed by Government Code Section 8634.
At the direction of Sheriff Alex Villanueva, and until further notification, a county-wide curfew was imposed. Effective as of 6:00 P.M., Sunday, May 31, 2020, and until further notification, all incorporated and unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County shall adhere to staying off public streets, avenues, boulevards, places, walkways, alleys, parks or any public areas or unimproved private realty within Los Angeles County, between the hours of 6:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M. the following day. The county may renew, amend or extend this order, in accordance with California Government Code section 8634 and County Code section 2.68.150.
The county sheriff, if the MOFO has any guts, has to enforce this.
Anyone caught out after that curfew goes to a detention center.
Line up the buses and hire some semi trucks and start chucking their asses into them and take them to the detention center. A good place for that would be those FEMA centers they are supposed to have out in the desert around there.
I doubt ANY of this will happen.

Can’t say as I rightly blame em...LOL....we’ve been doing it here...for years now. We’ve even run a full USPSA-type match here every once in awhile. I’ve even invited my neighbors to come shoot...and some have. There are just two requirements: Full gun/range safety training prior to shooting and ALL the spent brass needs to stay with me. Of course, we live waaay out in the country so nobody gives a communist RAT’s azz what we do out here.

What makes TPTB in LA county think their strongly worded declaration of a state of emergency is going to make the rioters go home peacefully?
Getting real obvious. Blacks riot. Blacks loot. DEM govt on down, pelosi, Schumer need the legal and illegal black vote. Nothing will happen in any blue state. NOTHING.

Well, for one thing, he is waaaayyy younger than any WalMart greeters I have encountered. :)
The county is a political subdivision of the state.
They are not arresting anyone. Looks like they just push the looters down the street.
The police response(who likely have been told by Dem pols not to arrest anyone), is a joke and the looters know it.
Oh wait, they have a big show of force -LEO's and NG at city hall.
It's protected, while the businesses of the little people are looted and burned.

P.S. It took 12,000 military troops, NG, Army, and Marines, working with LEO's to get Los Angeles under control in '92.

That administrates unincorporated areas of the state. What authority do they have over an incorporated city that hosts its own elections for the way a city is run?

It is almost like this was LA County’s wet dream scenario, faced with public pressure to lift the lock downs, they find a new reason to have a public lock down.
However, it is not just happening in California. It is happening across our country mainly in the blue states.
