I'm not going to say, "At least one positive thing has come out of the coronavirus pandemic." Because there's nothing positive to say about a tragic, deadly health crisis and economic catastrophe like this. There is no "bright side."
But we did learn something important. Obama lied. Again.
Barack Obama was the biggest liar in the history of the U.S. presidency.
First, he lied about transparency. His administration was the most corrupt and secretive in history. See Hillary Clinton's 33,000 deleted emails. See Anthony Weiner's laptop. See the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act warrant to spy on Donald Trump and his campaign aides. And, of course, it's clear Obama coordinated and approved the entire FBI/Department of Justice criminal coup against Trump.
See former Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden robbing taxpayers blind in Ukraine and China. See the nearly $145 million bribe (I mean donation) Russians and others gave to The Clinton Foundation when Clinton was secretary of state and a large portion of America's uranium stock was handed to Russia.
Obama lied through his teeth about the IRS scandal. The IRS' targeting of conservative groups wasn't some small mistake out of a small IRS office in Cincinnati, as Obama claimed. It was a White House-coordinated attempt to destroy the lives of Obama's critics. I should know; I was one of the victims.
Obama lied about Obamacare. Read his lips. He said, "If you like your health care plan, you'll be able to keep your health care plan." That was the biggest lie ever told in the history of politics. The moment he told that lie, he was in possession of internal documents that projected over 90 million Americans would lose their insurance. He also said the cost of health insurance would go down dramatically. Instead, it went up dramatically. In the private sector, a CEO would go to prison for life for a trillion-dollar Ponzi scheme based on lies and fraud like that. Ask Bernie Madoff.
But Obama's biggest lie of all ... and biggest insult to the American people ... was just proven by COVID-19.
Obama famously said to business owners, "If you've got a business, you didn't built that." Obama believes that business owners (like me) owe their success to government, that the government pays for things that allow us to be successful -- airports, highways, schools, hospitals, the court system, the prison system, the welfare system, police, firefighters, waste management, etc. He believes government built all of that, and that businesspeople owe a debt of gratitude to government.
But none of that is true. It's the exact opposite. WE DID BUILD THAT.
The risk-taking, spending, hiring and paying of taxes by business owners and taxpayers pays for everything government does. Without us, government has no money to build anything. Without our taxes, government has no money for welfare, food stamps, schools, hospitals, highways, prisons or airports. Without us, there is no money for police, or firefighters, or garbage pickup. Without us, there is no money to pay the military. Without us, government ceases to exist.
WE DID BUILD THAT after all. It's Obama who built nothing. All the politicians build nothing. They're all full of hot air. They're the "nonessential" ones. They've got nothing without OPM (other people's money) -- our money.
When we stop paying taxes, government is as broke as a toothless, homeless bum.
How do I know? COVID-19 just proved it. Ignorant, foolish Democratic politicians just like Obama shut down the U.S. economy for almost three months. With businesses shuttered, all forms of tax money just dried up. There were no more income taxes, business taxes, property taxes, payroll taxes, sales taxes -- nothing.
So, all the states and cities (especially the deep-blue Democratic ones) are broke and begging for a bailout to survive. Close our businesses down for three lousy months and everything goes to hell. Taxpayers matter. Government doesn't.
Ironically, deep-blue Democratic cities and states, led by liberal mayors and governors who want to keep the economy closed forever, are the most destitute and desperate. Without taxes for three lousy months, they are as broke and desperate as a crack-addicted hooker who just lost her drug dealer.
Obama is proven a liar again. It turns out he didn't build anything. Businessmen and businesswomen in the private-sector economy build everything and pay for everything government does.
Without us ... you're nothing. We pay your bills. We pay your salaries. We pay your pensions. We pay for your fancy government buildings and fancy statues. That's our money at work.
Hey, Obama (and every other D.C. swamp politician in America), I have a question for you: Who's your daddy now?
Yes, sir, WE DID BUILD THAT. COVID-19 just proved it.

There is a silver lining. We get a taste of Socialism without having to shoot our way back. As long as that lesson is learned it builds up our resistance to future efforts. Like the RAT riots.

The plan was for Italian Intelligence to hack into these servers, plant classified emails from Hillary’s servers inside these servers on American soil, and then alert the FBI.The FBI would then raid these locations, “discover” these e-mails, investigate, link these servers to Trump… And then force Trump to resign. And if the Italian Intelligence actually has ACTUAL classified e-mails from Hillary Clinton, that’s another crime in-and-of itself. This is like a bad cop planting bad evidence to fabricate a crime.

There is no question in my mind BO was placed by a foreign power, probably Iran. If true, that is very disturbing.
BO IMO is a mediocre intellect, a shallow narcissist, a liar, and a “natural” faker. It is tempting to say he never accomplished anything in his life, but he actually did succeed in being a knowing Manchurian candidate, which takes special sorts of evil qualities.
I truly hope someday to read the actual details of his life, but that probably will never happen.

The only time I ever saw him look motivated was when we was doing his NCAA Tournament brackets on TV - so I still consider him a puppet whose only great strength was a willingness use the powers of his office to follow The Agenda to the letter.
I still put the Clintons at the top of the evil list - Bill's folksy manner served as a a cover for Hillary systematic destruction of our system of government - which GWB did almost nothing to repair and Obama smoothly escalated to the next level. Many of the career Marxists that plague us today came into the Administration and Judiciary under the Clintons.
Got an e-mail that posed an article called “The 8 Worst Presidents We’ve Ever Had”. Obama wasn’t on the list. So much for the credibility of that article. I would have voted that he would be ALL 8 of them.
