It is easy to see how the direction that the new contact tracing is going is SO prone to being abused — they are creating a nightmare NET that can easily be adapted to track everyone and all of our associations and to keep everyone apart that they don’t want together. Nothing limits this to communicable disease, nothing at all, communicable ideas considered to be contageon can be stomped out by this evil mechanism.
It won’t be “papers, please” — it will be “phone, please” meaning “they” will expect that you have you tracker with you at all times. How dare you not follow the rules of our road?

It is new territory, nothing exists that “they” should act like they have some old power to do this, but they will act that way.
It falls for we the people under the protection of the Ninth Amendment: we the people possess the inalienable right to not to be tracked in this manner, under any circumstances, an inalienable right that cannot be taken away by goverment, under any circumstance, and which in fact must be protected by the apparatus of legitimate goverment.
There is no consent involved. We the people cannot vote to take inalienable rights from anyone.
If “they” implement this tracking even if “they” pretend “they” have consent (when they never could have consent), then “they” are an enemy. If “they” will not protect our right, “they” are equally not a legitimate goverment.
It is a line that “they” better not cross.
If “they” do cross that line, “they” earn these quotation marks, and mark themselves as a true enemy of the state, and it will show us that the enemy is among us.

I used to hate this cheap ZTE(china) phone we have but it was all we could afford. Updates to android broke on it 4 versions ago. That means they can’t push this contact tracing crap on us. I might just have a very valuable phone now.
