The cop is guilty and deserves to go to trial

Well, hell, if he's guilty, why bother with the trial?

That video looks bad, but isn't he presumed innocent?

Presumed innocent for a government actor means "seek any means to gather as much exculpatory evidence up front, in order that the government actor be spared having to go to trial".

Presumed innocent for a non-government actor means

"anything you say can and will be used against you"(*),
we are allowed to lie to you during investigation,
we are allowed to lie under oath (+),
we are allowed to hide exculpatory evidence (X),
and we are allowed to pile on as many bullsh!t specious charges as we want,
since you have to spend your own money defending each and every one,
and we'll bankrupt you soon and then you have to surrender,
and we can pre-emptively cut off your source of income and future income by trashing your reputation and putting you in a cage so you can't go to work,
AND we have the official imprimatur of "GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS"™
and show up in fancy uniforms
and using artificially professional sounding language,
while you have to show up in front of a jury wearing prison garb,
and we can threaten to go after your family members too just to frighten, dispirit, and destroy your life, just to make you give in.

Look at what they did to Lt. General Michael Flynn over known lying through their literally treasonous subhuman teeth to a federal judge over "Russian Collusion".

And you can't figure out why people are angry over the double standard?

(*) which in practice means "plausible lies which make you look guilty, are taken out of context, and we pretend you said these quotes which we in fact made up"

(+) literally, as long as they are not caught at it. And even if they are caught at it, if the appeals court decides there would have been enough to convict you without that lie -- which means they get to cherry-pick how they mind-read the jury -- it doesn't matter, and the worst that happens is that evidence gets excluded from the next round of appeals. They don't get punished for perjury, although you always are; even if perjury is not remembering a date correctly.

(X) almost the same rules as perjury, except that if it's bad enough, they have to drop the case. No penalty on them for doing it though.
