The perp is on video with his knee on the victim's neck for nine minutes. Uncut video, no camera tricks.
Including 2 1/2 minutes past the point where the victim empties his bowel and bladder (probable point of death; even people in surgery don't crap themselves when they pass out).
And the paramedics (no axe to grind) said they were called before that "for a man with a mouth wound" and instead found the victim unresponsive and without a pulse. And Mr. Kneecap has been charged with Murder 3 and Manslaughter.
