Mike Freeman, county attorney for Hennepin County, condemned the actions of white cop Derek Chauvin as 'horrific and terrible' But he added there was 'other evidence that does not support a criminal charge' Prosecutors must decide if the cop used force deemed 'excessive' when he knelt on George Floyd's neck for eight minutes until he passed out and later died Freeman warned the investigation 'can't be rushed' He voiced fears of a repeat of the Freddie Gray case in Baltimore in 2015 where all charges were dropped against cops involved in the black man's death Outrage is building as still no arrests have been made over Floyd's death with protests entering their third day in Minneapolis

Just because "A huge number of cops are ex-schoolyard bullies with inferiority complexes that just love to harass the public." does not make it right, or safe.
According to Dr Clarissa Cole*, fully half the people who she tested and she failed on the psych exam were hired anyway.
Hear her say this in her own words, if you dare:
Clarissa Cole on After Hours AM April 17, 2019
* Clarissa Cole is a doctor of forensic psychology. She has over a decade of experience with criminals of all stripes: sex offenders, killers, and gang members. She began her career in a state hospital for the criminally insane, moved to the prisons, and currently supervises risk assessments across the state [of California].
My son is a police officer, and I know several of his co-workers. I have not experienced anything of the talk or behavior that you describe. Which one of us is right?
Same thing with Rodney King back in the ‘90’s.
Beware the rush to judgment.
Or... unleash the Kraken!!!
Thanks for the info. The needle on my “Probably a crime” meter just went through the roof.
well, they will just move on to the next bourgeois material goods distribution center they can find.
...unless it is a Barnes and Noble. They will skip right over that place. nothing of value in a bookstore
You are welcome.
Sort of like making the leap that all AAs are looters since we saw some at the Target fire sale right? Of course I saw a mix of miscreants at the fire sale with their new acquisitions headed out the front door. A thief is a thief regardless of racial component.
Well THAT worked...
And if they are not all charged, you could expect some of them to try to get their job back.
Yep, soon to be back on the streets of skinnytown with very smug looks on their faces, and chips on their shoulders.
The manual say to apply pressure to one of the main blood arteries
to a person handcuffed behind his back, under control until he quits breathing?
I hope his power play was worth it to him now that the mob is hot on his trail and is trashing his house, and he lost his job. He probably thought he would get away with his abuse yet again.
BTW, when the police have to use force to get and hold a man down they put a knee on the neck until (s)he's under control.
Sorry Dan. It doesn't always end when the cuffs are on.
Ive known plenty of LE guys....

Ask your LE buddies. If they’re honest (and you’re able to keep quiet about what they ask you to) they’ll tell you about a number of crooked cops they’ve known. If they say everyone was cool, they’re lying or cant divulge info.
Dont come off like its one bad cop out of a hundred. Its more like 1 out of 5 and there’s all kinds of grey areas of bad.
Have 3 cops in our family including one NYPD. Once handcuffed he would normally be sitting on a curb or put in the back of police car. Its odd that they have him tucked at the corner of the car barely visible and back door open to avoid being seen. Thank goodness for videos.
I appreciate you telling me “how you know.”
There is that, sadly.
You think the police officer weighed 230 lbs?
Look what happened in Baltimore and the Freddie Gray incident. Those officers were suspended with pay, but they returned to work after they were acquitted. If they had been fired, they could probably have been reinstated.
No, but I do know that a LOT of cops are hired who failed their REQUIRED psych eval.
It’s no less valid speculation than some insisting he OD’d or had a heart attack from the exertion of fighting for his life.
If his family sues and has the wit to demand his records, perhaps we will actually discover if he was one of the 50% who failed their psych eval and were hired anyway. Source: Dr. Clarissa Cole, see the link to her talking about this very thing above.
