Minneapolis police on Thursday released the transcript of the 911 call that led to the death of George Floyd. Below is the transcript in its entirety.
Operator: 911 whats the address of the emergency?
Caller: This is ah 3759 Chicago AV.
Operator: How can I help you?
Caller: Um someone comes our store and give us fake bills and we realize it before he left the store, and we ran back outside, they was sitting on their car. We tell them to give us their phone, put their (inaudible) thing back and everything and he was also drunk and everything and return to give us our cigarettes back and so he can, so he can go home but he doesn't want to do that, and he's sitting on his car cause he is awfully drunk and he's not in control of himself.
Operator: Okay, what type of vehicle does he have?
Caller: And um he's got a vehicle that is ah ah he got a vehicle that is ah one second let me see if I can see the license. The driver license is BRJ026.
Operator: Okay, what color is it?

Minneapolis voted for ellis and omar.
So and drunks and druggies die every day because of their problem.
I mean ellison
So let’s see the fake bill.....it’s obviously been taken in as evidence, right?
Here is some security camera video starting at the time the cops arrive on the scene.

Worth watching.
A lot of us are wondering the same where is the missing video and what does it show.
Did he even know it was a “bad” bill?
Could it be possible for someone to unknowingly pass a fake bill?
Say I use a hundred dollar bill to buy $36 worth of something somewhere. I get three twenties as part of the change. One is a counterfeit bill, but I don’t know it.
I then use it at another store the next day to buy something. Am I guilty of passing a bad bill?
The store is owned by someone with a moslem sounding name, so I’m guessing that the caller is also a moslem, with limited command of the English language.
And so are druggies (our jails and prisons are full of them).
This is a weird caper though. Floyd clearly resisted at the initial encounter, but everyone was pretty chill about it. They got the cuffs on, sat him down, and then walked him over to the car. He was being kind of a pain about it, but not really putting up a fight.
Then he falls, and it's hard to see from the video how that came about, and the officers seem more concerned with the typical ghetto lookie-loos and videographers than the suspect. But they're all pretty relaxed, and of course it's impossible to tell how much pressure was being applied to the neck from a video, but it sure looks bad.
I did not see the choking on that video looks like he stumbled and they put him in a car. I did not see where he was on the ground with the knee on his neck.
See link at Post 25, above, from the 20:35 minute mark.. Although there are short gaps, Floyd never acts aggressive — Under the influence, for sure; but not aggressive.
So where does he get killed on this video I just see him being put in a car alive.
Or maybe he didn’t want to be called a Karen and fired. Notice it was the 911 operator that kept pushing for the race.
ROFL..thanks for that. Having had to restrain not only psychiatric patients prior to working in Corrections, but then having to restrain belligerent convicts over a 25 year career, I appreciate your comment.
What is the toxicology report with autopsy? It would be helpful to get more video. Did these cops murder? That’s not up to me to decide nor anyone else but justice system but I do know watching this and other police calls where the police should have a responsibility to the welfare of a retrained suspect and that generally falls under manslaughter.
Yeah, but how many times have you and a couple buds kneeled on their neck until they died, with bystanders begging you to stop? While being videoed by bystanders?
If he has corona virus or antibodies, the cops will walk.
