The leftwing group Demand Justice, which is pressing Biden to release a shortlist of potential nominees, has released its own list, which is heavy on academics and cause lawyers. A Washington Free Beacon analysis found the most likely candidates are U.S. District Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, California Supreme Court Justice Leondra Kruger, and U.S. District Judge Leslie Abrams Gardner, with Stacey Abrams as a possible wildcard pick.

If Trump wins again and we can gain more seats in the Senate, I would love for some of our older Supremes to retire now so that TRUMP could put in solid younger conservatives in their spots and not run the chance of them having health issues in five to eight years and maybe a dimocommie getting to replace them with a liberal commie slob. I love Thomas, but he is really getting old. I’d love a younger, solid, conservative black judge replace him. I’m sure we have a few who could replace Thomas and a couple of other of our older ones. That is why they will take Ginsberg’s rotting corpus and it will be sat up in her chair so that a republican cannot replace her. The next dimocommie prez would get to replace her rotting butt then.

Does it matter if we hold the Senate and Biden becomes President? The Republican Senate would rollover to any candidate Biden nominates to the Supreme Court.
