It's pretty amazing how many negative activities gather around Michigan's hard-faced and ambitious Democrat governor, Gretchen Whitmer.
Besides her outrageous performance on the coronavirus crisis - banning sales of garden seeds, seeding nursing homes with COVID-19 patients, forcing private dam operators to overfill their reservoir for greenie purposes, causing two of them to burst -- she's also a liar.

I am glad I don’t live in Michigan. But if something bad ever happened to some of these politicians, I wouldn’t be able to shed a tear.
She’s a Democrat. It isn’t corruption if she isn’t convicted of it. Or even if she is, it isn’t.
One dam burst. The lower dam held despite the surge from the upper dam. More importantly the lake was filled in April for recreation: to run motor boats owned by the 900+ lakefront property owners. The "endangered" freshwater mussels were an excuse, not the reason the state approved refilling the lake.
It’s a democrat state... most of ‘em are hellholes - or in process of becoming one.

Michigan is not a Dem state. Just the big cities and a few other places. By landmass the state is GOP. Unfortunately the GOP areas are forced to do what the Dems want because the big cities out number the rural areas.
