The Asian cop isn’t as weak as he looks in that video. His record shows plenty of thuggery.
Probably his hands were in his pockets because he was pleasuring himself while he watched the guy die.
He was cuffed before he was placed on the ground. While he did “resist” being pulled out and cuffed, it was passive resistance. He wasn’t violent, and didn’t appear to strike or grab either the officer who cuffed him or the 2nd officer who assisted.

I’m surprised he’s home. This protest was planned in advance for 4 pm today. Any normal person would have left their house.

You are likely correct.
I would guess that 20% of all cops are total psychos with some form of Asperger syndrome or autism. Many of them are complete control freaks. It is very hard to weed them out.
Many of them join the police force just for the sheer mental gratification of thinking they can become the next Rambo. You see it all the time, just by the way they get out of their cars, walking like Elvis Presley.
I would bet this Chauvin guy has a history of police brutality, most of it undocumented. He needs to pay dearly. I say make an example of him like they did to Eddie Slovik. He deserves nothing less than the death penalty.
