Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) announced on Wednesday that former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein will testify next week as part of the Judiciary Committee's probe into the FBI's Russia investigation.
The hearing, scheduled for Wednesday, June 3, marks the first public hearing Graham will hold as part of his deep dive into "Crossfire Hurricane," the name for the investigation into Russia's 2016 election interference and the Trump campaign.
Rosenstein, in a statement, confirmed that he would testify.

$100 says they won’t ask him about wearing a wire. Heck, I doubt they will ask him about the scope memo to look for a crime. He should be hung as a traitor and they will let him skate.

Makes no difference. Lying or even misleading Congress is a felony, under oath or not. Its just that Dems dont get prosecuted.
If they have a public swearing in, its just theater.

Rosenstein, in a statement, confirmed that he would testify. If he's not fighting this to me it means he knows the outcome.
I don't expect anything to come from this.

I doubt it. There is NO WAY he would show up without that pre-negotiated.

I suspect this will be a far more meek performance from Rod than when he appeared before Congress.
Hope Rod Rosenstein has a good lawyer.
