Yes, the woman was dumb for calling 911, but the guy was being a dick by continuing to video her after she had asked him to stop. But, that is definitely a black thing as they are constantly fishing for what they deem to be racist activity.

Au contraire. That was the smartest thing for him to do. She’s a wacko and she would have not hesitated to have lied about what happened if it wasn’t on tape. If she wanted not to be filmed all she had to do was walk away.

At the time she mentioned that she was going to call the police and say that “there was an African-American man threatening (her) life”, any filming from that point forward is simply the only protection the man has against the woman’s word; I cannot imagine that in our post - Blasey-Ford world, even a woman would fault him for this.
