That’s taken from a copter after ambulances arrived.....there were 200-300 cars parked illegally along the road and people had to move them or be towed. Don’t be so quick to make a call until you know what’s going on.

This seems to have been an outdoor nightclub event. The funny part is that the deputy sheriff was peacefully arranging for the cars to be moved out of the right-of-way when the shooting started.
