I always say that our potential enemies have sensitivity training but it it’s only one sentence long. It consists of “try not to step on our wounded if you can avoid it.”
The ONLY reason a change in policy or procedures should EVER be made is to increase combat effectiveness!
Any and all other reasons should NEVER be entertained or implemented!

There are long standing reasons for physical height and weight restrictions many of them having to do with aircraft design and emergency situations. But I’m sure today’s modern Air Force can find plenty of “good” reasons to ignore them.

Why did they have the rule in the first place? Oh Yeah, so they can see over the instruments and reach the rudder pedals.
The air farce effectively has ZERO percent washout rate in pilot training.
Just keep giving students remedial training and one-more-chance.

Women have been flying since WWII. Remember the WASPS. The ladies who ferried fights and bombers all over the world.
