A wreath in memorial to the hundreds of thousands of US military veterans whom the credit card hustling MBNA Bank and others HQ’d in Delaware extended usurious loans and credit cards to squeeze returning Veterans for life of their fixed retirement income.
The “senator for MBNA” of Delaware who got his repeatedly majorly screwed up son a Naval Officer’s position by political manipulation n 2013(really don’t understand how he did this,except forcing through waivers not commonly given for a useless position) — as a “Public Affairs Officer” without benefit of the required successful completion of college level Officer’s Candidate School, through a direct commission in a program that among many other true special talents (medicine, nuclear power, engineering, etc.) apparently includes “public affairs” as being something equally “needed”.
With an “ age-related waiver and a waiver due to a past drug-related incident”, in May 2013 ceremony was sworn in by his own father, the VP in a White House event (yet another snot throw at serving earned commissioned officers). One month later, failing a urine test for cocaine, Hunter was discharged dishonorably— for cocaine he said was probably in cigarettes given to him (no- really!). One month at age 43 plus. And having several high paying ripoff “executive” roles prior— including G.W. Bush appointing Hunter to the Amtrak Board of Directors (another incompetent position for him).
Biden, Sr. has zero... ZERO actual respect for US military Veterans of War on Memorial Day. A skimming “vig” hustler for Delaware banking corps... his whole life. Boring, stupid man.

At the ceremony we usually attend, any group represented may present a wreath. They have to purchase it and bring it with them.
They were wearing masks so that Jill could tell Joe what to do step by step and not have lip readers know the truth.
