AND NOW... it is time for... that harmless, lovable little fuzzball, the highly-trained broadcast specialist, having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have, from behind the golden EIB microphone, firmly ensconced in the prestigious Attila-The-Hun chair at the Limbaugh Institute of Advanced Conservative Studies. Join us for a "Best of" Rush Show!
It is not reducing the tumor.
(((hugs)))
NOT good for someone afflicted with Stage 4 cancer. I guess unless it's related to lack of appetite because of the treatment?
Praying constantly for our dear Rush....
He does sound better now, when he first signed on today, he sounded terrible.
Okay, thanks for the info.
(((hugs))) back.
Did Rush actually say that, or did he say that in 'not so many words'?
My emotions were getting the better of me while he was talking, and I was finding it hard to concentrate on some of what he said (plus my husband was talking to me about something else, GRR).
Rush now sounding like more like himself, talking about politics... :-)
He is preparing us for the day he may cut his hours or never return to the microphone.
I agree with you, it is inevitable. I am proud to have listened to him from the beginning, what he brought to the world will live for generations. It is painful to think of the world without the truth being broadcast, difficult to listen to a human frail man deteriorate with so much to still offer.
I to have listened from the beginning, even before syndication.
You can hear his frustration that doing radio is work that he is finding difficult now.
Anyone who has done it knows the work that goes into radio.
Gosh, if he said that I missed it. I hope he didn’t say it. He does sound stronger when he’s going off on the Dumbocrats. LOL!
Hard to believe Hannity rivals Rush in ratings, he pales in comparison on every level.
Rush is stellar at what he does.
Yes, I did hear that clearly. VERY hard to listen to. I'm hoping it will be "cut my hours at the EIB microphone until I beat cancer" (if that's even possible), over the alternative.
“the new normal” :(
I agree. Sean Hannity is a good man, but he is NO match for the great El Rushbo! It's painfully obvious that Hannity doesn't have nearly the same brain power Rush has.
Agree completely.
That's why I put that question out to the group here. I did not specifically hear Rush say: "The tumor isn't shrinking".
He did say something to the effect of: "How is my current treatment doing in treating the tumor? The answer is I have no idea."
I will try to listen to his intro again later via Rush 24/7.
He does sound stronger when hes going off on the Dumbocrats. LOL!
LOL, I know. Love it! Keep it up, Rush! :-D
"I can't play golf... do any strenuous activity... some days I can't take 5 steps... I can't carry anything heavy..."
:-(
The above statements are Rush talking about the effects of his cancer TREATMENT, not necessarily the cancer itself.
