yeah he doesn’t look very tough...not for prison...or even jail while waiting for plea or trial.
I grew in a world where a few guys would joke about robbing and kicking an old man down the stairs and stuff like that.
they were mafiosi but if their bosses ever found out they would have been in a lot of trouble.
Even brutal criminal organizations have some level of warped morality.
Plus violence against civilians is almost always bad for business.

Why would he get prison justice? He’s black, what do you think the percentage of black inmates is there? He is autistic and probably schizophrenic and understands grammar and spelling. Maybe they will get him for that.
Prison justice isn’t justice. It’s the rule of the strongest and cruelest over the weak and alone.
