I have doubts on the “highly transmissible” part. I have been out to MANY stores since the “pandemic” and have crossed paths with many people, yet I still haven’t gotten the bug. I think that someone would have to cough or sneeze directly into your face for you to catch it. Casual contact by just walking by an infected person WILL NOT infect you.

Have you gotten yourself tested? If not, it would be good to make sure. A huge portion of the population are asymptomatic but infected. You could be too.
You may have had it and not even known it. The ampunt of public transit drivers that have contracted it disprove your assertion.
The blood testing data shows that it is indeed highly transmissible. We are just damned lucky that it isn't nearly as lethal as it is transmissible. Even at that lower level of lethality we will still easily reach 100,000 American dead by the end of May, and though the numbers are trending down slowly, it ain't done yet.
Exposure to a disease doesn’t automatically equal you getting super sick. Even with the flu or a cold, some people aren’t as affected as others.
