Vance kept his calm and spoke repeatedly to the officers of tyranny and questioned their resolve to obey the Constitution. The constitutional right to travel is presumed under the fifth amendment according to a myriad of court rulings. Citizens may travel from place to place without having to show a permit allowing travel.

In recent weeks, we have heard stories of cops arresting parents for playing with their kids in a park, shooing elderly people off of a beach, arresting a woman for organizing a protest and dumping bags of nails in church driveways. If this sort of stuff keeps up, it will be conservatives who chant "pigs in a blanket! Fry 'em like bacon!"
We are definitely in a police state now- the lawsuits that are gonna fly will tie up courts for decades-
