I’m guessing the Chinese population is basically all health compromised from their generally poor diet, high levels of pollution, over crowding, and mental stress.

Progressives cut them off and gave them to the immigrants.
If all persons - ALL - who are traveling from China (no matter who they are) are not now banned from entering the U.S. they should be.
All Americans in China should be given a short time to leave before the door closes.
That banning should apply to persons even coming indirectly to the U.S. from China, as when a passenger from China stops first in another country before changing to their flight to the U.S. I think not only is China getting new Wuhan Virus hot spots, but a new virus as well.
I suspect the lab in Wuhan, and maybe another lab in Harbin, were taking even more risks than what has been suspected.

One would think countries would learn something form that bet not.
They brutally locked down Wuhan by force and welded apartments shut, but it only delays the inevitable. Lock downs don’t work, except to flatten the curve with hospitals. The only solution is herd immunity. Once most of us have antibodies, there will be fewer paths for the virus to spread to the vulnerable.
