At least two people were struck by gunfire and a third was in custody after a shooting Wednesday evening in a suburban Phoenix entertainment district, police said.
The extent of injuries was not immediately known.
Arizona's Glendale Police Department asked residents to stay clear of the Westgate Entertainment District, but tweeted that "There are no more reports of any active shooting."
State Sen. Martin Quezada, D-Phoenix, said on Twitter that he had seen the attack.
"I just witnessed an armed terrorist with an AR-15 shoot up Westgate," he wrote.

Shooter was a white hispanicTM named Hernandez. Not sure what the media will do with it. He filmed himself shooting (social media again). The swarthy complexion wont help the media narrative on that front.
Amazing, thanks for posting. That wasn’t there when I last visited in the late ‘70s.
I’m looking for a more complete story on this, something with names, and photos. I’m not seeing anything just yet on the other websites.
It is. Everything is built up out that way and especially Chandler, Queen Creek and other areas as well. When I tell people to look up the square mileage of the Phoenix metro area, they are in disbelief! It is 14,599 mi² as per Google search.
The video, his name, social media, high school pics.
We arent locked down in Arizona.
If it was me - I would have just shot those billboards. Man are those ugly!
Really?
WayWAY off topic:...Steve Martin is one of those few people who always look young, even with snow white hair.
In ‘76 I passed through Apache Jct. on my way from Tucson to Canyon Lake. I was contracted to conduct an underwater search for a couple Russian heirloom diamond rings that an angry wife had tossed overboard at the marina, but that’s a story for another time.
We stopped at the A.J. Bayless for provisions, and I noticed a clump of local teenagers hanging around the front corner of the store. I wondered what life would be like for a kid in a small town like that. But if they liked to hike, bird watch, take wilderness photos, shoot, hunt, ride off-road, fish, go boating, or water ski, it would be great.
I think I was waterskiing on Canyon Lake that day.
That was you!?
What a small world.
And if Bayless was still open in ‘76, that had to be the last one. The one on Speedway and Campbell closed up a long time before that.
Yep. The governors order expired last week; we are free to mill about.
There were some Bayless stores in the Phoenix area well into the 90s. They sold out to Bashas, while keeping their upscale A.J.’s Fine Food locations.
check images on google for Armando Junior Hernandez - super bright light makes him look ultra white.
Isnt that the plan? Didnt these ass hats 🎩 do the same thing with George Zimmerman, and call him a white hispanic?
Wow, lots of advertising there.
