Really?
Yes. The restaurants are at 50% capacity. Our Church is allowed 50 people at a time. The retail stores all opened up a while ago. Some places that don't want my business are requiring masks (e.g. Smart and Final) and some of the fast food chains are slow to allow in side dining again, perhaps due to corporate-wide decisions (e.g. Wendy's).
