Executive Orders only apply the Executive branch. They do not make laws. That is for the Legislature branch.
Executive Branch can only enforce EXISTING LAWS.
The recent German physical fights between “open our businesses” and the police show our possible future. The setup is evil Hillary and Whitmer implying the demonstrators are not going to be tolerated shortly by the high authorities reigning over the little citizens.
Hillary saying they are “terrorists” while she stays out of prison only due to the weakness and wimpy enforcement of laws on her behalf, is a harbinger.

I did notice the “overweight” reporterette (?) who tried to ask a question of the officers, than followed them away from the gym still asking questions.
I get the feeling she wanted them to “do something” about the gym.
