I think Mitt thinks that by tearing down Trump he enhances his chances for an eventual shot at the Presidency. Mitt, give it up, you’re looking like a petulant fool.
I think it’s partly personal, because Trump dangled the Secy. of State job in front of him and didn’t give it to him.
#5. Romney IS A PETULANT FOOL. Has been for many years. Acts like a spoiled little brat who wants to rule the world but is known by much of society as a “clear and present danger” to the county.
On which party line, Libertarian?
Instead he has eliminated any chance of ever being elected as the Republican President, though it wouldn’t surprise me that he really is stupid enough to believe it enhances his chances.
Pierre, one highly suspects, desperately banging pots to scare up interest in his long-planned indy run.
It's another of his awkward publicity stunts angling to create a false demand for an indy savior.
.
Dear Pierre.
We're on to you!
We've seen your clumsy theatrics since you ran for the senate.
You have no (as in NO) chance. We Republican, Conservative, and even Indy voters are so much smarter than you think.
You may not be entirely stupid, but you have no idea what a fool you make of yourself. And this is your sad legacy.
...the presidential campaign of Mormon Church founder Joseph Smith in 1844:
Challenging Democrat James Polk and Whig Henry Clay, Smith prophesied that if the U.S. Congress did not accede to his demands
that they shall be broken up as a government and God shall damn them.
Smith viewed capturing the presidency as part of the mission of the church.
Millennial Star, Vol. 22, No. 29, (July 21, 1860), pg. 455; I prophesied by virtue of the holy Priesthood vested in me, and in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, that, if Congress will not hear our petition and grant us protection, they shall be broken up as a government and God shall damn them, and there shall be nothing left of them not even a grease spot!.
