The only analogy would be Woodrow Wilson after his stroke. His wife ran the show.
I didn’t know that.
A lot of good posts on this thread.
Scary...but likely true.
Wilson..wow
Don’t forget Eleanor Roosevelt.
“The only analogy would be Woodrow Wilson after his stroke. His wife ran the show.”
True, but Wilson was already President at the time.
FDR kept his polio problems hidden during elections but he could speak in complete sentences.
Never has a man of such declining mental capabilities been held up as a major parties candidate.
I ALMOST feel sorry for Joe. Almost.
Well there is another one most people overlook. Franklin Delano Roosevelt was a dying man when he stupidly ran for his 4th term. He looked awful during his 4th inauguration on January 20, 1945, and even worse during the terrible Yalta conference with Churchill and Stalin February 411, 1945. He gave away eastern Europe during that meeting. He died on April 12, 1945 less than three months after his inauguration.
Democrats will run a cadaver if they think it would somehow win them power.
