Amidst the all out media and Congress DemonRat's assault on Barr following Rick Grenell's release of Team Obama's UNMASKING list, Judge Emmet Sullivan has quickly moved to FURTHER SILENCE FLYNN by STALLING the outcome of his trial.
Anyone who doesn't see this move by Judge Sullivan as an act of DESPERATION by the scaredy-cat Deep State needs to pull their head out of their arse.
This puke of judge needs impeached.
Anybody know if an appeal can rip this case out of this dirty activist’s hands? Once the prosecution drops a case it is not a judges job to keep it going.

I saw a headline theorizing Deep State is trying to force Trump to pardon Flynn. I suppose they think this would be a great propaganda win but I don’t see it as being that good for them.

Covington et al now has free rein to testify against Flynn. The also have motivation, as Powell opened the opportunity for them to defend themselves against accusations of professional malfeasance.

I think I see where Judge Sullivan is going with this. He will cite errors by either the prosecution or the defense or both and declare a MISTRIAL.
A mistrial does not exonerate Flynn. His case can be re-prosecuted at any time by a new DOJ. And I don’t know the fine points of the law, but I suspect that a declaration of a mistrial cannot be appealed.
The General will be held forever under a cloud of suspicion.

Sullivan did entertain Powell’s pleas and submissions for a very long time.

Do they? Attorney client privilege remains after representation ends. It isn't absolute, but I don't see much of an opening here for Covington to testify against Flynn.
It’s not like this is a murder case, it’s just a lying to congress case. We’ve seen several cases of this over the last few years without anyone being charged? This “judge” has a real hard-on for Flynn.
