Don’t believe Dr. Z. is a hospital admitting Dr.? (GP/Family Practitioner w/private practice/office). So “99% reduction in mortality” doesn’t make much sense...he is seeing the “minor symptom” patients that come to his office.

That is the whole point of the Dr Z protocol! Treat earl and aggressively with HCQ + 220 mg zinc sulfate + AZ or doxyxyckine, and keep the patient from crashing and needing hospitalization. VTW DrZ has hospital priviledges.

Hospital privileges is in case he needs to see an established patient of his in the hospital...a bit different than being an ER doc or admitting physician at the hospital. Not “dissing” his regimen but need double-blind studies. Treating a limited amount of younger patients “early” might just about equal the number of “recovered on their own at home” people. Won’t know w/o a study. What percentage of his treated patients are over age 75 w/underlying conditions? That is the key demographic. If his regimen has a 99% success rate with 75 y/o’s with underlying conditions that is saying something.

Just keep in mind the recovery rate with no treatment at all is about 95%.
There is one medical goal with this virus, immunity, but three ways to reach it as a society:
1) Open everything up and let all who will get infected catch the virus (Sweden is trying that, it's called herd immunity; it would definitely solve the SS shortfall problem looming)2) Keep everything locked down and wait until a vaccine is proven to yield immunity (and even an effective vaccine is only about sixty percent effective in yielding immunity on an individual basis; plus vaccines have scary side effects and this one coming will have a Gates data dot for everyone who gets it side effect)
3) Make a drug cocktail like HCQ + Doxycycline + zinc supplementation available (without restriction to hospitals only), so every physician and physician's assistant can write the scripts at first sign of a symptom and open the nation up to go back to being GREAT.
Since it is the human body immune system which defeats any virus that is defeated, reducing the viral load and keeping inflammation down is the best way to give the immune system a shot at developing immunity.
Hydroxychloroquine appears to have two sides to its efficacy: a) the drug has been proven as an inflammation reducer (used in RA and Lupus, and now with covid patients to reduce their airway inflammation); b) Hydroxychloroquine is a proven ionophore, ferrying ZINC into the infected cells where ZINC works to stop the viral replication thus reducing viral load.
So which of the three ways to have immunity in a society do you think the globalist oligarchy has in mind for America? And which of the three means to immunity do you think saves people and the last great hope for humanity, America?
From the video, my takeaways ( I transcribe his important points in written form since nobody has yet done it in this thread ):
* All talk of the nasty side effects of Hydroxychloroquine is nonsense. He has spoken to scores of physicians who have been administering this drug safely to patients for decades for Lupus and rheumatoid arthirtis without problems. Side effects are already well known ( As in most other drugs including tylenol and ibuprofen ).
* The virus is stable usually within 5 days of infection, after which it starts to spread like a wildfire. DO NOT WAIT for that explotion and spread to occur before giving his cocktail.
* 99% reduction in hospitalization and deaths if you administer his protocol within 5 days of showing symptoms.
* All these formal studies that show Hydroxycholorquine to be “useless” for Covid-19 were made LATE in the stage of the disease, when the patients are in the hospitals, in the ICU or on ventilators. This is the WRONG way to administer the cocktail.
Treat Covid-19 the same way you treat strep or influenza — in an outpatient setting as early as possible.
* No studies have been done to replicate what he did except the one that he organized with St. Francis Hospital in Roslyn, Long Island, which as of the posting of this video, just started. We won’t have results for another two or three months. Dr. Zelenko’s study will be ( as far as he knows ) the first reporting of outcomes from purely OUTPATIENT application of his cocktail.
It will be a retrospective analysis, NOT a double blind clinical trial. He intends to show a 99% reduction in death and hospitalization in EARLY ( emphasis ) treatments using HCQ + Azithromycin + Zinc based on the dosage that he has seen work.
He intends to show that the data he presents will have MORE information than the data from vaccines being currently developed and/or Remdesivir.
* Hydroxychloroquine costs 20 cents a pill and there are over 12 companies worldwide making this en masse. Remdesivir is made by ONLY ONE company — Gilead Science. NOTE: Zelenko is not saying that Remdesivir does not work.
* The data that Hydroxychloroquine works exists in multiple continents.
He says India is using it.
He says that an Australian Billionaire named Clive Palmer donated 32 million pills of HCQ to the government of Australia and they have admistered in in a hospital setting but EARLY, NOT to patients who are on ICU’s or respirators. Australia has some of the lowest death rates in the world. Look it up!
Italy on April 6,2020, started using Hydroxychloroquine and their death rates have gone way down since.
Turkey had just reported that they used Hydroxychloroquine with great success.
Iran is now reporting the same exact thing as Turkey.
Honduras is reporting the same exact thing.
The PREVENT HEALTH SYSTEM In Brazil is reporting the same exact thing.
If people want to see the successful use, all they have to do is gather all the data from around the world.
He then goes political and says, if it was a Democratic president (e.g. Obama ) who recommended this drug, this would be the best drug in modern medicine.
* He DOES patient testing for Covid-19 infection, but he cannot wait three days for the lab results to come in. As soon as he see’s symptoms — especially fever, lost of sense of taste and smell, he immediately administers his protocol.
* We need the drugs available in pharmacies around the country without State obstacles. The logistics need to be in place for this to work. We need to distribute them into the right place. BE READY BECAUSE THE SECOND BATTLE IS COMING.
* He wants Trump to issue an executive order that states these:
A) ANY LICENSED PHYSICIAN IN THE COUNTRY IS ALLOWED TO PRESCRIBE THIS COCKTAIL WITH NO RESTRICTIONS.
B) PHARMACIES ARE ALLOWED TO DISPENSE THIS COCKTAIL WITHOUT RESTRICTIONS WHEN THEY ARE GIVEN VALID PRESCRIPTIONS FROM A DOCTOR.
C) DOCTORS AROUND THE COUNTRY SHALL BE INFORMED THAT IT IS LEGAL AND OK TO PRESCRIBE THIS PROTOCOL.
D) WE NEED AN EXECUTIVE ORDER TO PROTECT PHYSICIANS AGAINST LAWSUITS THROUGH THE USE OF THIS MEDICATION SO THAT PHYSICIANS WILL NOT BE AFRAID FOR THEIR LIVELIHOOD AND THEIR FAMILIES.
* This will become less of an issue than the influenza virus if you treat it the right way and most importantly — AT THE RIGHT TIME. This war is winnable if we apply common sense instead of politics.
* He complains about the algorithms in Google’s search because if you Google his name, the first things that come up are about his allegedly being investigated. What ever NEGATIVE information about Hydroxychloroquine goes to the top of their search results.
Same thing in YouTube, which Dr. Zelenko says is taking down all his videos, not only his, but anyone’s who is talking positively about HCQ.
* Dr. Zelenko and his interviewer are stunned by the attempts to suppress his message. It reminded them of their days living in the former Soviet Union.
* Dr. Zelenko says he is going to PUBLISH the data that he has within three weeks ( he hopes )

Haven’t watched Dr. Z’s “99% video” yet (may get time later tonight)...but of your 3 choices my thought would be a combination of #1 and #3. Use extensive COVID-19 testing in the nursing home arena (patients/staff/visitors) to protect the most vulnerable demographic (~50% of fatalities). Voluntary “shelter-in place”, masks, testing, and special shopping hours/accommodations, etc. for the elderly (60+), “prophylactic” treatment (Dr. Z’s regimen or other antivirals) for minor cases presenting at doctors’ offices/hospitals, open all businesses and resume “normal life”.
