It’s good to start thinking about the Fallout from these lockdown orders. It’s hard on people to be in a situation where you just have to stay home, and you can’t go anywhere, you can’t do anything.
From the beginning we seem not to have done any sort of cost-benefit analysis of having lockdowns in the first place.
Today I saw an article that reported that theres too much drinking and pot-smoking going on because people being locked up in their homes and left without work are...surprisingly...anxious. His solution?
Close the liquor stores and pot shops. Of course, then he suggested that people should get prescription drugs to deal with the anxiety. Huh?
The solution should be, of course, end the lock down and reopen all the other stores and let everybody open their own front doors and go back to work.
Dems are demanding to know what will happen if we open to soon. The more important question is what will happen if we open to late.
