Ex-RNC chair: McConnell shouldn't tell 'grown ass black man' Obama to keep his mouth shut

On Monday, McConnell did an interview with Team Trump Online about recent remarks made by Obama on Trump's response to the coronavirus. McConnell said that he believed Obama should have "kept his mouth shut" rather than criticizing Trump. In response, former Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele trashed McConnell for condemning Obama.

"I'm sure Mitch is aware that a grown ass black man who happens to be a former president has agency to speak his mind on how his successor is managing this crisis, especially since his successor has yet to keep 'his mouth shut' about him," Steele tweeted.

A lot of the ones in the past 15 years have been no great shakes. One of the worst that comes to mind is Mary Louise Smith, another “Affirmative Action” hire by Jerry Ford in 1974. She was on the wrong side of premier social issues: a pro-abort ghoul for Planned Infanticide and an ERA nutter. They’d have been better off hiring a real feminine icon, Phyllis Schlafly.

Actually; he is a grown-ass HALF-black man. I would argue that hussein is more white than black given his upbringing (raised by white grandparents in Hawaii), speech articulation, and cultural experience. If Obama had grown up in "the hood", he would have been excoriated by his peers for "acting white".

Steele is just trying to ingratiate himself to the leftist msnbc audience and to the urbanites who may be watching by trying to display a little "blackness" in an effort to gain some street cred. Classic case of over-compensation.
