The autopsy report for Ahmaud Arbery, the 25-year-old who was fatally shot in a Georgia neighborhood, showed that he was shot three times, twice in the chest and once in the hand. The report also concluded Arbery did not have drugs or alcohol in his system, according to a copy of the report obtained by CBS News.
Gregory McMichael, 64, and his son Travis, 34, were charged with Arbery's murder 74 days after they chased, shot and killed him on February 23. The McMichaels told police they thought Arbery was a burglary suspect.
Arbery's family said he was out for a routine jog that day.

You are correct: both can be true, he was not jogging, but he was murdered.
How did these people die? None of these deaths made the national news, as far as I know.

The list goes on and on. What do these people have in common? They are all whites murdered by blacks. See much in the news? Would you if that had been a black toddler shot in his stroller by 2 white guys? You bet you would. I can’t remember the names of the white couple that was kidnapped by several blacks, tortured, raped, and murdered. Then there is the white teenage girl set on fire and burned to death.
The law agrees with you.

In point of fact Aubrey shot himself in his wanton attempt to take the rifle from the son. By doing so he armed himself. He was not, then, unarmed.

Two things can be true at the same time:
He should not have been shot.
The world was likely improved by his leaving it.
I think he cased the place. Then I think two idiots with guns ran him down and confronted him. Things got out of hand and a man was killed. Manslaughter and stupid times infinity. Dead man buried and the other two meet bubba.
Apparently here, too. I'm amazed at the open-and-shut case so many here have it to be.

Then why state how far away he was from home?
The owner of the construction site said several things were going missing so he put up a camera. Then this same guy is the only one who shows up several times. At night.
It could be argued that the “confrontation “started when Arbery was caught trespassing.
And ended when he committed assault and battery against the Younger McMichael.
The father was a cop who had interrogated the perp on a prior charge. They knew each other.
But do they go to the same construction site several times in a row even at night
