The autopsy report for Ahmaud Arbery, the 25-year-old who was fatally shot in a Georgia neighborhood, showed that he was shot three times, twice in the chest and once in the hand. The report also concluded Arbery did not have drugs or alcohol in his system, according to a copy of the report obtained by CBS News.
Gregory McMichael, 64, and his son Travis, 34, were charged with Arbery's murder 74 days after they chased, shot and killed him on February 23. The McMichaels told police they thought Arbery was a burglary suspect.
Arbery's family said he was out for a routine jog that day.

That is just a complete fabrication. There was nothing to suggest that they were Trump supporters or KKK.

Now that surprises me. Although it really shouldnt. I recall reading that law enforcement officials, who knew Arbery very well, knew him to be mentally unstable. Which of course, would explain why the fool lunged at and grabbed at a shotgun.
Ah yes. Walking into an empty construction site, looking around, and running down the street is DEFINITELY a reason to drive up to someone with guns out and telling them to stop.
What does jogging or not jogging have to do with getting shot?
[What does jogging or not jogging have to do with getting shot?]
Ask the news sources who keep saying he was a jogger.
That doesn’t apply here since the two men were the aggressors by their own admission. The jogger had a right to defend himself. At that point, that was the only way he could have come out of it with his life.
The owner of the construction site said that this man did not take anything. And I think it would be pretty obvious on video if you took power tools.
The only such that I know of, we’re in cases where the contractor actually stole his own tools. And got the insurance company to pay off.
Educate yourself before posting. This a forum, not a bar. You don’t attempt to take a man’s weapon away from him.
The older McMichael is a former investigator for the prosecutors office. I wonder if his actions here are indicative of the way he pursued his work back then. I tried to arrest him because I thought he stole something isnt going to get him anywhere in a court of law.
I agree. Especially if this was not the first time Arbery was caught at that same construction site. Especially if Arbery was a prior suspect in previous thefts in the neighborhood.
It doesn’t matter if he stole the entire house. You can just people in the street for stealing, and he didn’t even do that.
The best argument (and the only one the dolts have), is self defense.
“can’t shoot”
[The only such that I know of, were in cases where the contractor actually stole his own tools. And got the insurance company to pay off.]
Yeah, that wouldn’t surprise me either.
Apparently this operation (this was over a decade ago) near my place of employment had quite the fencing business going on.
You don’t know that. The police were on the way... He could have sat down and waited.
You may want to educate yourself. The two fat morons have been charged with felony murder. Which means the prosecutor agrees with me, not you.
I vaguely knew a guy who almost had his car stolen out of his driveway. He ran outside and tried to shoot the front tire. Perp hit the gas just then and the bullet hit the driver. He died.
Many years in prison, and that was on his own property.
Why? The shooter’s life wasn’t in danger.
And whether the guy jogged over there didn’t matter.
I was being sarcastic. The “citizens arrest” crap was illegal.
“Never attempt to take a mans firearm away from him... It becomes self-defence...”
Not according to my CCW class. If the gun-wielder starts the confrontation, he can’t claim self-defense.
Perhaps that last, final time that Mr. Arbery was caught on camera he could not find anything worth stealing.
Are you perhaps at risk into following into the white Hispanic travesty of the Trayvon Martin media scam? There is always the chance that you can be so open minded that your brains literally fall out.
Inquiring minds want to know.
Actually, its is a mystery Yet to be disclosed, the distance from mamas house to the new house being inspected. But many commenting take it as gospel this young man just happened to be out for a routine jog.
I have read various accounts, his mamas house is 10 - 15 miles from the new construction the jogger was caught on video inspecting. I expect to wait until the trial to find out the actual distance..
