They won’treease it because each peroson illegally uinmasked would have all the evidence they need to personally sue the perpetrators for damages.
Thats 1000 law suits against those who exceeded their governmental authority and ersonally commited these tortios abuse of power violations.
The perpetrators would loose their estates and be fiancially ruined. Therefore the list of unmasked victims will not be released?
We need to have a massive protest group on the steps of the DOJ complete with pitchforks, tar and feathers!
I agree that the DOJ seems to have a good handle on what they are doping - it's why I offered a possible reason for withholding the list - some of the folks on it may be under investigation for some of them "Ironclad felonies" you mention.
I also would like for Sullivan to finalize the deal...It took the DOJ a while to get to their conclusion and he's been controversial for quite a while, so it will be interesting to see if he finally concurs or decides to kiss the Schiff/Obama/Comey/Mueller/Stzrok/Paige rings...no sense being fired up...yet.
Sorry I did not intend that for you. It was meant for some who were pushing the panic button. But as time marches on it looks like they may be right as that judge is definitely looking to deep six the dismissal. I never heard of seeking opinions on rendering a verdict. Just another DCPOS in my view. He had ample reason to toss this case long ago without a AG motion to dismiss.
No problem...I also agree he had ample reason to toss it and for a while it seemed like it might happen...he will have to stretch to not allow it to die a graceful death now...here’s hoping.
