With eight Washington counties now approved to move to Phase 2 under Gov. Jay Inslee’s four-phase plan to reopen the state, the governor’s office Monday released a set of requirements restaurants will have to comply with if they want to reopen for dine-in service.
Stevens, Wahkiakum, Skamania, Ferry, Pend Oreille, Columbia, Garfield and Lincoln counties have all been cleared for Phase 2, which allows restaurants to reopen at 50% capacity, and caps table sizes at five.
Notably, the 13 criteria that restaurants will have to adhere to in order to reopen for dine-in service during the novel coronavirus pandemic include a stipulation they “create a daily log of customers and maintain that daily log for 30 days, including telephone/email contact information, and time in.”
This is to aid in any contact tracing, should that become necessary.

Our freedoms to be left alone are eroding. We already can be tracked everytime we use a credit card or debit card. I assume the same is true with payment options such as PayPal or Google wallet.

What Governor is proposing is actually happening in Korea...
People have to write down contact information in some book when they enter nightclubs...
At this time, some nightclubs are shut down in parts of Korea...That is because one guy, who had coronavirus, visited several nightclubs...
Korean health officials are tracking down visitors using CCTV footage and credit card transaction records...Apparently, some people did not give correct contact information when they visited clubs...
I am not sure if Americans will tolerate that kind of government investigations...
Do what democrats do when they pack the ballot boxes. Enter the names in alphabetical order. Generating made up names is not that difficult these days so this process can be automated. Should be no problem because it is an accepted democrat practice. Can’t be cheating because democrats have already decreed that there is no cheating.
