I won't sit back and watch residents who live in counties under Stay at Home orders get sick because local leaders cannot see the risks of #COVID19 and push to reopen prematurely.
Today I am announcing consequences for counties that do not abide by the law to remain closed. Non-compliant counties won't be eligible for federal stimulus discretionary funds.
Instead, those funds will be allocated to counties working to stop the spread of #COVID19.
Businesses should know that opening in counties that don’t abide by the law will potentially jeopardize their business liability insurance or the protections it provides.
Dine-in restaurants that open in counties that have not been authorized to reopen will risk receiving a citation. These citations can ultimately lead to the loss of a restaurant’s liquor license.
If your county reopens prematurely and you don’t feel comfortable returning to work, rest assured that the commonwealth will allow you to continue to receive unemployment compensation, even if your employer reopens.

As I understand it, some 2500 of the state’s 3700 fatalities were in nursing homes, and the governor’s right-hand she-man ordered that virus-positive people must be accepted in nursing homes.
If Gov. Wolf can do this over social distancing, or more broadly, refusal to follow his arbitrary orders, why can't Trump curtail Federal funds to Sanctuary Cities? Trump should be in a stronger position, as he's dealing with the breaking of laws passed by Congress, where as Wolf is just mad because people aren't doing what he says.

You are correct. Same with Pandemic Phil and Sonny Cuomo. Literally the same order for all 3 states.
Phil Kerpen ✔ @kerpen Pennsylvania has updated. They reported 23 nursing home deaths today, all other deaths just 1. Batch 98.5%. State total share 68.4%. Since April 15 72.2%.

And counties today should announce consequences for threatening them- say goodbye to job yer next election gov- you can become a citizen again, and experience the same kind of tyranny your are dishing out to the good citizens of your state
