Tip. Charging at and attacking someone makes him thr aggressor. Especially when all they’re doing is saying stop we want to talk. And that’s on the tape.
I know. If I was near where it was held, I would attend.
Kidnapping?
You’re certifiably insane. Get help. Or put down the bong.
You sound a little crazed.
Especially when all theyre doing is saying stop we want to talk.
Under what legal obligation is one required to stop when a civilian on the street tells you to stop?
lol Royal’s interpretation of that was one of the funniest things ever on radio!
And more lies you make up and spew. You sound like all sharpton
Lol you think Achmed the felon cared about legal obligations.?
And I never said he had a legal obligation.
I dont know for sure where I saw it but I saw multiple mentions and a pic of hammer taken and dropped in the street.
Im not sure the ins and outs of that
Lol you think Achmed the felon cared about legal obligations.?
Maybe. However, that question is more likely being pondered by Gregory and Travis, while they stare at three walls and a set or bars.
Actually he needed more then knowledge, he needed immediate knowledge. That would be like a mugger mugged a woman near you but you didn’t see him mug her, but you heard her scream for help and you saw a man running away from her with a purse. That would be immediate knowledge.
Getting a call from a neighbor telling you that some guy was trespassing on some construction site does NOT fall into immediate knowledge. You need first hand knowledge, not what someone else saw and relayed to you. After all citizen arrest is based on first hand knowledge of the crime.
Probable cause is NOT within the purview of a citizen’s arrest, the only mechanism for citizen’s arrest are crimes they have witnessed or have immediate knowledge of, and citizen’s arrest is only for holding the individual until police arrive.
It is NOT loading up your son, gather your guns, and load up in your pick up trucks and go around the neighborhood looking for the bad guy(s).
CLEARLY their intention wasnt to shoot him for fleeing.
I think their intention was to shoot him all along. For “resisting.”
I agree with your assessment, I was getting there in the back of my mind when I read that Pops McMichaels turned over the decease’s body and search for a gun. That was in the report filed by the responding officers. He was hoping for a gun so he can place it in the victim’s hand and say his son fired in self defense.
‘Cause going around all vigilante and shooting ‘bad guys’ who were running from you wasn’t going to play to well with Georgia Bureau of Investigations because Barnhill could only lie so much and cover this up until the media got involved.
That District Attorney is going to be looking for a job soon.
Another person who does not have the facts. Watch the video. The dead perp clearly charges at the truck and attacks the son.
Whats he supposed to do? Let him beat him to death?
He or she is a loon posting lies about this case.
Wow, you people should not be on a conservative website.
Who are you talking about?
I see three dummies in the video. One that is dead and two that were not witnessing a crime or defending their own property that initiated a struggle and killed the first.
Why would you defend these monsters?
Nope.
"This family are not strangers to the local criminal justice system. From best we can tell, Ahmaud's older brother has gone to prison in the past and is currently in the Glynn Jail, without bond, awaiting new felony prosecution. It also appears a cousin has been prosecuted by DA Johnson's office. Ahmaud, the deceased, had a juvenile and adult felony record."
Finally, I only weigh in here to (a) set the chronology straight; and (b) plainly show that what I predicted at the outset has come to pass: The Monday #MSM Memory Hole has vortexed this case into oblivion, after GBI released the video of AA's keen interest in new-home construction.
With due respect to Neal Boortz, he doesn’t know his ass from a hole in the ground. You don’t have to ACTUALLY SEE a felony to make a citizen arrest.LOLz to our resident "lawyer"
