I think the conspirators are starting to feel the heat with the overturning of General Flynn’s case. How else would you explain Jabba the Gore making a rare public appearance to bash Trump? It remains to be seen if any punishment will be meted out in the end, but it does look like The One is getting a little nervous.

Nobody is leaking anything he says without his approval. He wants to retain he figleaf of being a former POTUS that doesn't publicly criticize the current POTUS while at the same time publicly criticizing the current POTUS.

I like a lotta things about Dubya, and there are also some traits and positions that I never cared for at all.
He would just never defend himself. Even during withering attacks from Dems and media. As one example, he essentially ate the blame for the Katrina debacle, when it (IIRC) was not his fault. (The other biggie, of course, was and is open border philosophy, and a few other things... but I digress.)
Which meant he didn't stand up for the millions who voted for him.

Given the actual comments by the President and Vice President, the appropriate verb should be that he "refuted" Traitorobama's whining.
