esterday the Department of Justice released a number of documents backing up the decision to drop the criminal case against General Michael Flynn. In them, it was revealed President Barack Obama ( was in on the Flynn takedown), knew about the FBI wiretapping his phone in 2016 and asked whether his case should be "treated differently" moving forward. He even took the time to brief then-Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, in the Oval Office, on what he knew.
During an appearance on Hannity Thursday night, conservative radio host Mark Levin referred to the documents as "Barack Obama's blue dress."
"This is Barack Obama's blue dress," Levin said holding up the documents. "Let me explain what I mean. We're supposed to believe that during the Obama administration the FBI went rogue. The Department of Justice went rogue. The CIA went rogue. The DNI went rogue. The NSA went rogue. We have all these leaks in the newspapers, The New York Times and the Washington Post that anybody can read and see and Barack Obama didn't know anything? Poor Barack Obama, poor Joe Biden. The fact of the matter is, they've never been asked. They've never been asked about any role they've had."

Matt Gaetz made a great point on Fox: The current subpoena tally in the Age of Trump is Democrats over 200 issued and GOP ZERO in defense of POTUS. Ryan refused to issue subpoenas and McConnell’s committees have, too.

DOJ will never prosecute an ex president. For anything.

Mostly because, as Richard Nixon once said: If a President does it, it’s not illegal.

Maybe, but if he continued to do certain things after leaving the presidency, the same would not be true.
But they don’t need to go after Obama. Brennan, Clapper, and Comey might be sufficient to destroy Obama’s legacy forever.
More importantly, it would constitute a first step in cleaning up the IC.
At this point I would simply settle for the truth to come out. The left will spin it every way they can and put a positive face on it, but there is enough out there now to say -
The Obama administration spied on Americans for political reasons.
They created the Russian delusion to try a soft coup to prevent this from coming out and getting rid of Flynn was critical as he would have revealed it.
Grenell is on this folks. He is digging to find out what happened. Trump knows.
This “scandal” will go far beyond the FBI 7th floor and their amateurish attempt to get rid of Flynn and create a special counsel based on the ridiculous dossier.
There is much more that is going to come out.

But not unassailable. Obama and his entire band of outlaws are slowly and systematically being exposed for their treachery against Trump and the nation. They may not all be prosecuted but the evidence against them is steadily mounting — and there’s more to come.
Obama and his minions in the media will try to engage in damage control but there is simply too much evidence accumulating that establishes his complicity and culpability.
He will escape prosecution but not accountability and his legacy will be forever tarnished.
Not any better.
Those responsible for his usurpation, including the GOP, will do everything they can to protect him.
