Confessions with a gun held to your head are not considered valid by fair-minded people, which leaves out the NYT editorial board.

I would lie also to protect my family from a bunch of red neck fbi investigators. Any question can be phrased to make any answer a lie. Comey admitted that the interrogators were sent in to the White House to coerce General Flynn into answering with a lie. Comey and his FBI associates need five years in prison for what they did to General Flynn.

It sounds to me like he pleaded guilty under duress. That’s a no-no on the FBI.

"The editorial board is a group of opinion journalists whose views are informed by expertise, research, debate and certain longstanding values."

Good to start off today with a hearty laugh. What a pompous virtue signaling piece of puppy crap. That 50% of Americans use to guide their hatred of President Trump.

My many well reasoned arguments against Dems (before I stopped speaking to them) resulted in "If that were true I would have seen it in the NYT or on CNN. That means it's not true. Just one of your right wing things."

Find the family members of each member of the editorial board, threaten to jail them and demand that said editorial board confess to being guilty of murder. I wonder what their story would be them?

How very Soviet of the NYT. But what can one expect in this day and age of totalitarian thugism.

Something the editorial board missed:

As President Trump has said,”They are gonna pay!”

The perpetrators, including Obama, now find themselves in extreme civil jeopardy, so Obama is now spreading disinformation. Here is what Obama so wrongly and tortiously organized for Flynn :

1) A crime with no predicate.
2) falsification of FBI forms 302
3) FBI investigator notes which indicate political motivation
4) Meetings at the highest level in which Rice revealed in her memos what strategy was to be followed in framing Flynn, Obama,Biden, Comey, Rice, Clapper and Brennan were present at a series of such meetings.

Obama now taking to the media posturing himself to limit his exposure to liability, ( He will pay big time)

Add this up and it is but one result: Malicious Prosecution#

Because it involved organizational crime and racketeering, the extraordinary remedies available from a RICO offense are obvious.

And the various perpetrators of this crime , include a law firm which acted in conflict of interest ( Flynn’s original legal team that advised him to plead guilty), FBI Agent Strzok, Comey, McCabe,Yates, Rice, Brennan, Clapper and Obama himself. All of the perpetrators exceeded their governmental authorities of office so that the legal jeopardy is personal for these perpetrators, the government nor the taxpayers are liable for these millions of dollars in damages. All of the perpetrators are personally liable in the millions of dollars. (Not to mention the federal crimes of sedition, treason and espionage, and the likely disbarment of several attorneys involved in Flynn’s original defense team.)

I expect that letters pleading settlement have already been received by Flynn’s legal counsel. For the benefit of America, I hope General Flynn proceeds to a public civil trial in a malicious prosecution suit for damages.Let them all lose their homes and livelihoods in return, for that is indeed what Justice demands.
**********************************************

#
“Malicious prosecution is an intentional tort designed to provide redress for losses flowing from an unjustified prosecution....

“Under the first element of the test for malicious prosecution, the plaintiff must prove that the prosecution at issue was initiated by the defendant. This element identifies the proper target of the suit, as it is only those who were actively instrumental in setting the law in motion that may be held accountable for any damage that results....”

“The second element of the tort demands evidence that the prosecution terminated in the plaintiff’s favour. This requirement precludes a collateral attack on a conviction properly rendered by a criminal court, and thus avoids conflict between civil and criminal justice. The favourable termination requirement may be satisfied no matter the route by which the proceedings conclude in the plaintiff’s favour, whether it be an acquittal, a discharge at a preliminary hearing, a withdrawal, or a stay. However, where the termination does not result from an adjudication on the merits, for example, in the case of a settlement or plea bargain, a live issue may arise whether the termination of the proceedings was in favour of the plaintiff....

“The third element which must be proven by a plaintiff — absence of reasonable and probable cause to commence or continue the prosecution — further delineates the scope of potential plaintiffs. As a matter of policy, if reasonable and probable cause existed at the time the prosecutor commenced or continued the criminal proceeding in question, the proceeding must be taken to have been properly instituted, regardless of the fact that it ultimately terminated in favour of the accused....

“Finally, the initiation of criminal proceedings in the absence of reasonable and probable grounds does not itself suffice to ground a plaintiff’s case for malicious prosecution, regardless of whether the defendant is a private or public actor. Malicious prosecution, as the label implies, is an intentional tort that requires proof that the defendant’s conduct in setting the criminal process in motion was fueled by malice. The malice requirement is the key to striking the balance that the tort was designed to maintain: between society’s interest in the effective administration of criminal justice and the need to compensate individuals who have been wrongly prosecuted for a primary purpose other than that of carrying the law into effect.”

No there is no evidence of a crime. There is only evidence of entrapment.

Hi.

I wonder what the Slimes had to say about Robert Mueller’s and the FBI’s cozy relationship with Whitey Bulger?

He pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI because they told him that they would railroad his son like they were doing to him if he didnt plead guilty.

The FBI was corrupt to the core. Good summary by Ohio rep Jordan:

https://www.facebook.com/cnsnewscom/videos/803578616682166/

Great speech from a year ago! a great summary of the corruption in the upper echelons of Obama’s FBI that led to the railroading of General Flynn.

FBI corruption that Bill Barr was under attack for investigating. And this was before the new evidence of prosecutorial corruption where the prosecutors that railroaded General Flynn withheld exculpatory evidence from his defense lawyers. And threatened to railroad his son unless Flynn pleaded guilty.

BTW, Obama had a grudge against Flynn whom he fired in 2014 for speaking out about the dangers of Islamic extremism even though Flynn had expert knowlege on the issue:

“Flynn’s military career included a key role in shaping U.S. counterterrorism strategy and dismantling insurgent networks in Afghanistan and Iraq, and he was given numerous combat arms, conventional, and special operations senior intelligence assignments.[2][3][4] He served as the 18th Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, serving from July 2012 until his forced retirement from the military in August 2014

I wonder how many crimes the editorial board of the Times would confess to if their lives were driven to ruin, and threats were made on their children if they failed to comply?

They’d freely admit, twice, that they alone, not conservatives, are guilty of microaggression, subliminal racism, global warming, America’s Racist Past and The Great Pacific Garbage Patch. Shame on them, in advance.

At the time, Trump said, “I had to fire General Flynn because he lied to the vice president and the FBI.”
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Remember that Mike Pence was part of the GOP House leadership team of Boehner, Ryan, Cantor until 2013.
The same leadership team that refused to uphold the Constitution on Usurpation Day.
Barack Obama, British subject/Kenyan/Indonesian, is not a natural born citizen.
Both parties colluded to violate the Constitution.
What’s the big deal about railroading one guy?
Gun to Gregory Peck’s head.
Right. Flynn is supposed to be blamed after being set up , threatened, his son threatened and his reputation and life savings gone. His lawyer advised him to pretend he was guilty by pleading that way or it would get worse.
Same as all the true organized crime situations where a citizen cannot stand up to a mob, testifies they are not guilty, and he and his family stay alive.
Don’t forget, FBI cleared Flynn until Strzok got his orders from FBI 7th floor to engage in entrapment and to threaten the Logan Act.
Don’t forget, the Feds have unlimited resources, can slap a gag order while combing trough your life, your family’s and your associates.
Don’t forget, withholding exculpatory evidence (with more to come) is a crime.
Don’t forget, the AG has the power to dismiss cases based upon misconduct and lack of a cause.
Don’t forget, the FBI didn’t have a legitimate reason to investigate Flynn in the first place.
Don’t forget, to convict for perjury it must be germaine to the charge not a “oh by the way”.
Don’t forget, the “interview” was not recorded (hello, it’s the current year). It was hand written notes only...and the person writing the notes has an agenda (hint hint).
The NYT has advocated for death row inmates for years saying that they were railroaded into pleading guilty. And now, they suddenly have never heard of investigatorial or prosecutorial injustice? Ha. Liars.
This opinion piece is MUCH more dangerous than clearing a framed American. It is pushing half truths so that its (very small group of) readers are uninformed. It is shameful.
