The graphic video of Ahmaud Arbery being shot on a residential Georgia street was fed to the media by a lawyer who was friends with the men who have been charged with the killing, according to a report.
Arbery, a black man, was jogging when he was fatally shot Feb. 23, according to police. Gregory McMichael, 64, and Travis McMichael, 34, who are white, were charged Thursday with murder and aggravated assault.
The release of the video this week sparked public outrage and led to the arrests by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, which took over the case from local police. Prosecutors called the video “extremely troubling.”

Just debating this with an old friend on facebook. The prosecutor knows how the defense will play this out and lists what he will have to overcome here.

Not to mention that whites (Republicans) were lynched in far greater numbers than blacks.
At any rate, after watching the first two videos on Google, I don't get it.
Two guys wrestling for a shotgun, one dead, one walked away.
I don't see enough “evidence” to convict anybody of anything.
By the way - Google labels the videos as “Black Jogger,” so I guess we know what side of the story Google has chosen.
Why jogger? Because burglar would be too obvious.
It seems these days that social media distorts our ability to objectively view video evidence. The narrative developed on Twitter is that this “jogger” was hunted because he was black. Yet, the video shows that the shotgun went off during a struggle. Whether the men should have confronted the “jogger” is subject to debate, and will be in court. But what some people say happened, and what really happened are very different.
Or to start one.
The truth will come out.
And the truth will show that the media was once again a pile of lying shi...er...Dorkbamastuff. (Quelle surprise!)

Well, this guy is going to be known forever as the “black jogger”, just like Rodney King will be known forever as the “black motorist”.
